This anonymous mid-Victorian manuscript sermon of some 1500 words explores the notion of certainty and change with reference to the biblical passage from 2 Corinthians "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come:[a] The old has gone, the new is here!" (New Internal Version). A note on the last page records that the sermon was preached on Oct 6 1844 and again in Jun 1850.
